The Advisor for Political and Economic Affairs at the Court of the Crown Prince, and Board Member and Head of the Financial and Administrative Committee of the Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Program (CPISP), HE Shaikh Mohammed bin Essa Al Khalifa, received a cheque from the Group Chief Executive Officer of the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB), Mr. Usman Ahmed. 

The meeting follows NBB's ongoing social role of supporting Bahraini youth as part of the platinum sponsor status of the CPISP..

HE Shaikh Mohammed highlighted His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister's unwavering support to the Kingdom's youth by investing in their education, which in turn provides them the skills needed for the labor market needs, and provides them with opportunities to foster a progressive future which benefits all.

HE Shaikh Mohammed extended his thanks to NBB for its continued support and generous contributions to the CPISP. His Excellency noted that the support received by sponsors has greatly contributed to CPISP’s achievements and objectives, which are aimed at developing the talents and abilities of outstanding Bahraini.

For his part, Mr. Usman Ahmed, Group Chief Executive Officer said: “We commend the unwavering efforts of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister in advancing educational and training programs that aim to develop youth and enhance the capabilities of Bahraini talent. At NBB, we are honoured and proud of our participation in the CPISP and remain committed to supporting educational and developmental initiatives that create opportunities for the Kingdom’s future leaders.”
